According to MLS statistics, listings with aerial photography and video sold 68% faster than homes with standard images.

In a study done by the National Association of Realtors, 73 percent of homeowners stated that they are more likely to list with a realtor who utilizes video. Listings that include video receive 403% more inquiries than those without. You are able to showcase actual proximity to local points of interest.

Lastly, less than 9% of realtors utilize this.
